These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoomLab, a mobile application operated by The Loom Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LoomLab. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile. Do not share your account credentials with others.

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, reviews, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
LoomLab is a platform for connecting people who want to share and learn skills. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any skill exchange arranged through the app. All skill exchanges are between users directly, and we are not a party to those arrangements.
Reviews and endorsements must be honest and based on genuine interactions. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine to be false or abusive.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine your account poses a risk to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time from the app's settings.
LoomLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Loom Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or any interactions with other users, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Loom Labs LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of LoomLab is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
